Terms for the Onii alpha

Onii is operated by NeuroGen ("we"). By requesting an alpha invite or using Onii you agree to these terms.

Alpha software

Onii is in alpha. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn. We make no promise of availability, and you should not rely on Onii for anything you cannot afford to lose. We will tell you before we delete anything you created.

Your content

You own the pages you create and the leads you capture. You grant us the licence needed to host, serve and back them up. You are responsible for the content of your pages and for complying with the law where you and your visitors are, including consent for any data you collect through forms.

Acceptable use

No illegal content, deception, malware, spam or infringement. We may remove pages and close accounts that break this rule.

Fees

onii.one is free during alpha. If that changes, you will hear before it applies to you, and you can export your pages and leads first.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Onii is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months, which during alpha is nothing.
